Proposed service targets. Complete evidence, agreed availability and the applicable assessment plan are required. The five-day results target includes marking and required quality checks after final assessment; documented exceptional pauses may apply. These are not current booking guarantees.
What the two-day target means
A proposed review of a complete gateway or readiness submission within two working days. It is not automatic acceptance. Missing documents, the wrong version or unresolved conditions may require further information. Revised assessment routes may use different checkpoints.
What the ten-day target means
A proposed assessment slot within ten working days after acceptance and agreed availability. It is not a promise that a multi-component assessment, project period or mandated notice window finishes in ten days. The applicable plan takes priority.
What the five-day target means
A proposed results target within five working days of final assessment, including marking and required quality checks. Marking queries, investigations, verification or other exceptional issues may extend this. The apprentice should receive a clear explanation through the agreed route.
What a written quote should cover
The standard and version, assessment components, included support, registration conditions, VAT treatment where applicable, resit and retake charges, cancellation and rescheduling charges, travel, payment terms and any volume conditions. No prices are published here until approved.
Compare like for like.
A low headline fee may exclude components or repeat assessment charges. Use actual quotes in our cost planner and check what is included before deciding.

This invented example combines 20 assessment fees, three resit charges and one cancellation charge. It excludes VAT, travel and any cost not entered. It is not an Avenor quote.
Meritura is not a separate provider platform charge.
Avenor pays the platform cost. Your written assessment quote still needs to state the assessment scope, fees and conditions. This arrangement is a practical buying detail, not a claim that Avenor is uniquely inclusive across the market.
