This website build

The free tools process inputs in your browser. They do not upload entries to Avenor, and they do not use AI services or third-party analytics. Downloads are generated locally or served as public files. Do not put sensitive learner or employer information into public planning tools.

Enquiries

We collect business contact details, role, standard of interest, approximate cohort size, timing and message to respond to your enquiry and consider a planned partnership. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Do not send health details, learner records, identity documents or assessment evidence. An enquiry does not create a booking.

Who is responsible

Contact privacy@avenorassessments.co.uk to ask about privacy, object or request access, correction or deletion. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We do not make automated eligibility or assessment decisions from website enquiries.

Storage, access and retention

Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare Workers/D1 and accessed by the authorised Avenor enquiry owners. Incoming email is routed through Cloudflare to the authorised business inboxes managed by the Avenor enquiry team. Web-form records expire 90 days after receipt; the operator checks and deletes expired records every calendar day. Email correspondence is reviewed 90 days after the conversation ends and deleted when no longer needed; active partnership or legal records follow a separately documented retention schedule. Deleting a D1 record does not delete forwarded mailbox copies. An active commercial relationship or legal obligation may require separately documented retention. Deleted information may remain in provider backups until their normal expiry. Cloudflare and the inbox provider may process data internationally under their applicable contractual safeguards; we do not claim UK-only storage.

Resource and enquiry measurement

Daily aggregate resource and tool-page request totals are measured separately from provider enquiries. They are not unique visitor counts or browsing histories. A provider enquiry is qualified only after an authorised human checks the stated organisation, standard, cohort and service fit. We use no advertising, session replay, third-party analytics scripts, tracking cookies or browser identifiers.

Your device and downloads

The tools do not intentionally persist inputs. Entries can remain in the current tab until it is closed or reloaded. A downloaded file may contain what you typed; store it securely and delete it when no longer needed. Hosting infrastructure may log requests under the hosting operator’s configuration.
