The Meritura approach
Expert people.
Clearer progress.
Meritura is the independent platform Avenor has selected to support assessment operations. It can organise the handoffs around assessment while accountable people remain responsible for decisions.

What providers want to know
What’s done.
What’s next.
Who owns it.
A portal is only useful when it helps someone take the next action. Meritura supports workflows for readiness packs, assessment cases, assessor conflicts, assessment activity, quality assurance and human-controlled results.
Which modules, roles and integrations Avenor will activate remains a configuration and operating decision. Public product capability does not prove a live Avenor tenant, provider connection or approved assessment service.

How the platform can support the service
From a service target to a configured workflow.
A complete submission queue
Configured readiness packs and required-item checks can help a reviewer see missing evidence. The service clock starts only under the conditions in the written agreement.
Capacity and dates in view
Assessment cases, role assignments and scheduling handoffs can bring the next action into view. Assessor capacity, plan windows and apprentice availability still determine the date.
An accountable quality queue
Assessment activity and quality queues can record a controlled handoff. No platform result replaces an accountable assessment and quality decision.
Less chasing.
Better conversations.
For the provider
The proposed cohort view brings dates, evidence requests and outstanding actions together. Its value should be measured in fewer avoidable follow-ups and timely handovers, rather than assumed percentage savings.
For the employer
Clear requests and agreed responsibilities should reduce uncertainty about readiness, availability and any employer confirmations required by the applicable plan. Access must be limited to what the role needs.
For the apprentice
Plain-English next steps, confirmed dates and a route for raising support needs should make the process easier to understand. Accessibility and assisted alternatives need testing before launch.
For quality assurance
Version control, documented decisions and traceable handovers are intended requirements. Retention, security, audit trails and role permissions must be verified against the actual configured platform.
What the provider pays
Avenor pays the Meritura platform cost. The provider is not charged a separate Meritura subscription by Avenor. Assessment fees, scope, resits, cancellations and other delivery terms remain part of the written assessment quote.
What an integration claim needs
Meritura publishes integration capability, including a Journey handoff. Avenor will describe an integration as live only after the relevant connection, permissions and operating process have been configured and tested.
